SHIPPING

Our delivery times are constantly updated and can be found at the respective product in the description. Each piece is made on-demand and will be delivered within the EU in 2-3 weeks. Between the shipping confirmation and the delivery are within Germany about 2-3 days. Abroad, the delivery times are up to 10-14 business days.

Shipping is insured and with tracking number, unless you select the appropriate shipping method.

RETURNS

The return within & outside Germany is subject to charges.

When the return arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked first. Once the return has been checked and accepted, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used within 14 business days.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

1) Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear.

2) Items must be in their original packaging.

Upon finalization of the entire return process, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used within 14 business days.

We will not cover any shipping costs of the return.
